Moving for Better Balance is a 12-week evidence-based, instructor-led group program designed to help you improve your strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility through the slow and therapeutic movements of Tai Chi, a graceful form of exercise and deep breathing. The course is designed for older adults. Participants will feel stronger, have better balance, greater flexibility, and feel more confident after completing this Tai Chi program.
Moving for Better Balance has been recognized by the CDC and other national organizations committed to improving the health of older adults.

Fees: 12 weeks for $25 or Per Class $5
