At the YMCA, We Cheer for More than Points
Youth participating in YMCA sports programs sharpen their motor skills and coordination, improve self-esteem, experience a sense of belonging and fun, develop meaningful friendships, establish the habit of exercising at an early age and LEARN TO PLAY FOR A LIFETIME!

Y Sports Help Kids Build Character
Kids who play sports at the YMCA discover so much more than their athletic abilities. They build character, develop self-confidence and create healthy relationships. The YMCA’s revamped sports program is designed to reflect the YMCA’s core values—caring, honesty, respect and responsibility—through positive competition.
