Summer Playground
Come OUTSIDE and play with us!
At Summer Playground, youth will learn the positive impact of being physically active outdoors. It is better than sitting on the sidelines!
Summer Playground provides structured physical activities, a variety of games, and free/unstructured play. Youth will experience a sense of belonging as they develop meaningful relationships and learn to work effectively with others.
- When: Monday – Friday, Beginning June 15-August 7, 2026
- Time: 9:00 am – 12:30 pm
- Ages: 5-12
- Includes lunch and snacks provided by the YMCA of Barry County
- LOCATION: Fish Hatchery Park, Hastings
- FEE: $15/week, Must Register Child
- Must register by noon on Wednesday before the week of attendance. No refunds or Credits for no attendance.
- Weekly themes and games with prizes!
- Dress to play!
- Wear running shoes, comfy athletic clothes, bring a water bottle, and come prepared to have fun!
